Clare is a highly experienced attorney in criminal defense. She has defended clients at trial facing offenses ranging from simple drug possession, to burglary, theft, possession of a firearm, armed robbery, kidnapping, sexual assault, 1st-degree homicide, and more. Her hard work has resulted in pretrial dismissals, including ones for attempted homicide and 1st-degree homicide, as well as not-guilty verdicts at trial. She focuses on finding the best defense for each client and tirelessly working to achieve results. Her results come from aggressively litigating issues, negotiations, and going to trial. Her regular communications with clients, including those in custody, ensure that her client's questions are answered and that they work as a team to achieve positive results.

Clare graduated from Pace University School of Law in New York in 2008, passed the July 2008 Arizona bar exam, and subsequently became licensed to practice law in Arizona in early 2009. She held trial attorney positions both as an associate in private practice as well as in public defender offices. She relocated to Wisconsin in 2022. Her passion lies with defending people against the government.
