She has won motions in court suppressing evidence, including defendants' statements to police and illegal searches and seizures. She focuses on finding the best defense for each client and tirelessly working to achieve results. Her results come from aggressively litigating issues, negotiations, and going to trial. Her bachelor's degree in English provides her with superior skills to ensure the motions she files for her clients are well-written and researched. Clare graduated from Pace University School of Law in New York in 2008 with a concentration in constitutional law, passed the July 2008 Arizona bar exam, and subsequently became licensed to practice law in Arizona in early 2009. She held trial attorney positions both as an associate in private practice as well as in public defender offices, before opening her own firm in 2023. She relocated to Wisconsin in 2022. Her passion lies with defending people against the government.
